What are the Coklub opening times?
We welcome our Coklub members anytime. We’re open 24/7. Visitors reception from 10am-2pm and 3pm-7pm.

What’s the minimum staying time?
We want to get to know you better! That's why we require members to stay at least 6 months with us. However, you can cancel your membership at anytime with 2 months pre-notice.

How can I book a meeting room?
Once you become a member, you’ll get access to our Google Calendar. You simply have to create a new event, select the room you’re going to use et voilà!

Do you have screens for presentations?
Yes, our meeting rooms are fully equipped for your presentations. They have a TV, AppleTV, HDMI cables, a board and markers.

Do you have a parcel reception service?
Yes, we have an office manager that will receive and take care of your packages.

What does my monthly bill include?
It includes an awesome space full of cool people with 24/7 access and 3 fully equipped meeting rooms, usage of a printer/copier/scanner, a parcel reception service, WIFI, an incredible kitchen with everything you need and discount on the rent of our other spaces.

What payment methods do you offer?
We accept SEPA direct debit and payment with credit card through our payment gateway.

What are the community guidelines?
Once you become a member you’ll receive an onboarding with all our rules, nothing too strict just enough to keep a cool, tidy and respectful space for everyone (common sense).

Do you have a visitor’s policy?
Yes, we want to provide a safe space for all our members, that’s why our office manager keeps track of all visitors.

What is the policy for the use of refrigerators?
We want you to eat your food ;) Food waste is not cool. If you leave food in our refrigerator for more than a week we’ll have to discard it for health safety reasons. Apart from that, feel free to bring whatever food you like.

Is there a WIFI network for visitors?
Yes, you’ll see signs around our spaces with the network’s name and password.
